Progress on site at our new winery and tourism facilities. 🍇🏗️

Construction is progressing well, with the project now approximately halfway through the first-floor reinforced concrete suspended floors. The latest section of reinforcement has been completed and the concrete has now been cast, marking another key milestone in the structural works.

The project is currently ahead of schedule, with the team working towards commissioning the winery ahead of the next harvesting season.
It’s exciting to see the structure taking shape as the project moves through this important phase of construction.

Progress is well underway on site as the team prepares the reinforced concrete structure for the next phase of construction. The detailed reinforcement installation, starter bars and coordinated site activities all play an essential role in ensuring the structure is constructed according to design.

Site Progress: Hanover Park Clinic

After nearly 10 years of design, development and planning, it is exciting to see this project transition from drawings and calculations into physical construction.

The site is now progressing through the early construction phase, with bulk earthworks, site preparation and piling operations underway. These activities represent an important milestone in translating the engineering design into the foundations and infrastructure that will ultimately support the development.

From the initial feasibility and design stages through to detailed engineering, coordination and construction documentation, a project of this scale requires careful consideration of structural, geotechnical, civil and infrastructure interfaces at every stage.

Seeing the piling rig operating on site is a particularly significant moment, it marks the point where years of engineering design begin to become tangible in the ground.
