• The National Home Builders Registration Council (NHBRC) Established to protect the interest of housing consumers and to regulate the home building industry, no company can legally enter into the construction of a residential dwelling / development without this accreditation. Bond institutions will not enter into agreements or pay out bonds for projects unless the project contractor is registered, and the project itself is enrolled with, the NHBRC.
• The Construction Industry Development Board (CIDB) Established to provide leadership to stakeholders and to stimulate sustainable growth, reform and improvement of the construction sector for effective delivery and the industry’s enhanced role in the country’s economy.
