Today, WatchTower Group celebrates a remarkable milestone: 10 years with Lungi as part of our team.
Lungi joined WatchTower when we first started a decade ago and remains one of our most senior and valued controllers. From being the very first person to answer the telephone, she now runs an entire team in our control room and continues to play a key role in the service we provide to clients every day.
WatchTower Group director Jacques Weber said that having staff members who have been with the company from day one means a great deal.
“As we build one of the best off-site monitoring companies, we are also building a workplace where people want to be, feel valued and are excited to come to work. Our clients are exceptionally important, but so are our staff. Retaining excellent people is fundamental to the strength of our business and the service we deliver.”
Lungi, we are exceptionally proud of you. Ten years later, we walked into the control room today to wish you well, and there you were, still leading from the front and ensuring the control room and your team runs as it should.
Thank you for a decade of commitment, loyalty and outstanding service.
