PROJECT FEATURE: Bellville renovation

Project Overview:
Renovation - Minor works with Fabrication & Installation of Aluminium Windows and Doors.

Backstory:
This dog loving Boston client contacted us from a referral received on a neighborhood whatsapp group. The property required maintenance and a general investment upliftment.

In scope details were
1) correct a structural unsound boundary wall
2) created added and practical living spaces of a bare front and back stoep area
3) to replace rusted steel windows and weather wooden door
4) handyman services.

Details:
On project we underpinned a boundary with formwork and structural foundation casting, enclosed a backyard stoep area by converting it into a laundry room, enclosed a front stoep area, build garden walls, fixed manual and automated steel sliding and pedestrian gates and fences, and we discarded weathered wooden frames and doors, steel windows, and we fabricated and installed our aluminium glass roof, windows and doors and project management as per scope of work. We were responsible for the overall program of work which included the site management, Minor works, handyman services and waterproofing. ’s installation of all aluminium products with operational management and quality control.

Project Overview:
Renovation of First Phase of 30 Units with New Bronze Aluminium Windows and Doors.

Details:
The Nieuw Rheezicht project was part of a larger program to renovate an aging apartment property investment. We were sub-contracted to fabricate and install aluminium and glass facades, windows and doors, and facilitate other service providers and project management as per scope of work. The principal contractor was responsible for the overall work program which included the removal of building debris, site management, formwork, buildwork, construction, wetwork and waterproofing in preparation for new aluminium products. installed all its aluminium products with effective operational management and quality control.
