🔧 CONSTRUCTION PROCESS (OVERVIEW)
1. Roof Truss Installation
Cut to depth, secure rebar at base.
2. Window/Door Positioning
Mark, remove sections, place lattice & rebar.
3. First Coat Plastering
Mix: 6 wheelbarrow river sand + 6 plaster sand + 2 cement.
4. Final Plastering + Roof
Mix: 3 plaster sand + 1 cement (with fibre).
