Roof sheets going on the primary unit. We on program to have external plastering and roofing done by shutdown. Aluminum Windows and doors to go in Jan 2022. Not bad for just over 6 months in!

The Marais on Rathfelder has commenced construction! Existing house demolished and excavations underway. The Cape winter is posing a bit of a challenge, but the strip footings to both houses scheduled for casting on Saturday 24 July 2021.
