I could not find these wheels for a very heavy sliding gate of one of my customers. It is also a very busy gate.

I ended up taking the old wheel to Anfi steering and engineering. André the owner, salt of the earth human being, gladly assisted, even though he was very busy with other work. He is my go to guy to get engineering done.

I installed the wheels and a new Centurion D20 Smart. The gate is as quiet as a mouse and the motor operates with the finesse of a cat, stalking it's pray.

To all installers and customers. Check your gates for wasp nests before you start working on gates or gate motors. I was lucky to have been stung by only one wasp although there were a nest in each of the gates at the same customer. I had to despatch them before I could continue with my work. Home owners for your children and domestic workers own safety check your washing line poles too.

First day of work for 2025 is done. Thieves forced the gate motor open and stole the battery.
I could easily just fit the battery and walk away. We all know I would be back tomorrow to sell her a battery again. Since there's no space to install a proper Centurion theft deterrent bracket and with most factories still closed I made a bracket with steel I had with me. This should be good enough to make the thieves walk past.

I will be open for business on Monday 6 January 2025.

I would like to thank all my customers for their support in the past year. I am well aware that with out my customers I will not have a business.
