We enclosed the client’s patio by installing a steel frame within the existing concrete structure. Creating a closed-off patio area for the client to enjoy his amazing view.

This roof had numerous issues, so the best solution was to place a new wooden frame and sheets over the existing roof, finishing it off nicely with barge boards. We are pleased with the end result!

We’ve carefully treated and prepared the old gutter so that the new aluminum gutter fits perfectly and is leak-free.

Here’s a look at the finished project in Plattekloof we share previously. We integrated the new roof into the existing structure and covered the support steel beam with a wooden finish for a beautiful, cohesive look. We’re thrilled with the results of the PVC ceiling installed in the stoep area!

We resolved the client’s leaking patio roof by installing new roof sheets. The box gutter was replaced that will better dispose of water in this lush area that fills the gutter with leaves and debris. Give us a shout if your roof needs some TLC.
