Stepping into my third year of running One 4 All Custom Installations full‑time has made me reflect on the journey that brought me here.

Before taking the leap, I spent five years running the business part‑time, learning, experimenting, and building a foundation. Then COVID hit, and like many small businesses, I had to put everything on hold and shift all my energy into my full‑time employment just to stay afloat.

When I finally resigned and committed to One 4 All full‑time, Year 1 was exciting — new challenges, new clients, and the energy of building again.
Year 2 was tough. Every week felt uncertain, and the pressure was real. But with the support of incredible people around me — especially our clients — I adapted, survived, and kept moving forward.

Now in Year 3, I’m genuinely looking forward to every week and every challenge.
Thank you to everyone who has been part of this journey. The best chapters are still ahead.
