Capricorn Park Phase 1 is complete, and just next door, Phase 2 is already starting to take shape.

It’s great to see the progress side by side, one building showing the finished result, while the next begins its journey from the ground up.

Seeing Phase 1 reach the finish line while activity is about to start on the next phase is a great reflection of the continued momentum on site.

We’ve just wrapped up the Atlantic Hills Cold Storage project, and we’re excited to announce that we’re already moving on to our next project - HFG Atlantic Hills.
HFG Atlantic Hills is a three-unit, 20 000m² development, located on one of the last remaining open sites in Atlantic Hills.

A new site. A new challenge. A new opportunity to create something we can be proud of.
