How much work does a composite deck actually need once it's installed? The honest answer is very little.

A regular sweep to stop leaves and debris settling into the grain, an occasional rinse with a hose and some mild soapy water for everyday marks, and that's close to the whole routine. No annual sanding, no restaining, no sealing before summer and no treatment schedule to keep track of.
