Hello Everyone.

We as Casworx Architects would like to collaborate with a Developer on projects, in short we are looking for a Developer that requires Professional services specifically Architects, Structural Engineers and Quantity Surveyors but doesn't have the funds to hire such Professionals as we all know those services can be expensive and might end up cutting down on the construction budget.

With that said, as Casworx Architects we are willing to render the above mentioned services at risk until the project is completed and the property is sold, obviously everything will be done on a contract between the Developer and us.
