❄️ Winter is the perfect time to get your water backup ready! 💧

For this project, we brought 2 unused water tanks back to life! 💪🏼

The tanks had been out of use, with the gutters no longer connected. We got stuck in and:
🔹 Drained all the remaining water
🔹 Cut and removed the old pipework
🔹 Got right into the tanks and gave them a proper clean, with smiles on our faces! 😁
🔹 Re-piped the incoming water supply
🔹 Connected the 2 x tanks together to allow for a pump installation
🔹 Installed a new overflow pipe
🔹 Got the system ready to make the most of the rainwater when the season arrives 🌧️💧

🌧️ Raining… and your backyard is flooding?

No problem, bring out the big guns! 💨💦

We were called out to investigate a flooded backyard and got straight to work with our high-pressure jetter.

After jetting the stormwater pipes, we found broken pipework and roots growing inside the system, causing major restrictions and preventing the water from flowing properly.

We recommended replacing the damaged sections of pipe to prevent the problem from coming back. 🔧

💧 High water bill? Your leak might be hiding in plain sight! 🔍🚿

We were called out to investigate a high water bill and a leaking shower.

Using acoustic leak detection, we quickly traced the issue to a toilet that was running continuously. 🚽💦 A constantly running toilet can waste thousands of litres of water without you even noticing, leading to a surprisingly high water bill.

We also inspected the shower and found multiple signs that the shower floor had failed. After conducting a UV drain dye flood test, we confirmed that water was leaking from beneath the shower base.

✅ Our recommendation:
🔹 Replace the faulty toilet mechanism.
🔹 Carry out a full shower floor renovation to permanently resolve the leak.

Don't ignore the small signs, early leak detection can save you thousands in water costs and prevent major damage.
