We were called out urgently to a property with a significant water leak — and had it pinpointed and repaired within the hour.

The culprit? Rats had damaged the water pipe! 🐀

Using our specialist leak detection equipment, we were able to accurately locate the source of the leak, minimise unnecessary cutting and disruption, and get straight to the repair — helping prevent further water damage to the property.

Another clean upgrade completed by the Zoppas team.

This property was experiencing ongoing issues with an ageing and undersized gutter system, so we carried out a full replacement using a new 125mm Ironsand box gutter system to improve water flow, durability, and overall finish.

The result:
