Payment
Payment must be made in full by cash, cheque or direct bank transfer upon completion unless organised otherwise

Deposit
For quotes exceeding £500, we ask for a 30% deposit before commencing work so as to help cover the initial costs. Travel and Parking
If the site of work is within 20 miles of the Afta Electrical office in Colchester, no charge will be made. However,

travel beyond 20 miles will be charged at £0.45 per mile to and from the site. In the instance that our electrician needs to pay more than £5.00 for parking, the costs will be passed on to the customer for reimbursement. Part P notification fee
Electrical work that comes under the scope of the Part P building regulation requires an additional administration charge of £30. Materials
Afta Electrical will include material costs as part of a standard quote unless instructed otherwise. Guarantees for peace of mind
All work carried out by Afta Electrical is inclusive of a one year guarantee against faulty workmanship. All materials supplied by Afta Electrical will be covered by their manufacturers’ warranties.
