Four Avenues Property Group is the result of two people coming together with a shared purpose to offer our knowledge, experience, expertise and passion to the rebuild of our home town - Christchurch, New Zealand. The Earthquakes of September 2010, February 2011 and June 2011 caused massive damage to our city, including the central city. It is a deeply held drive within the hearts and minds of all Christchurch residents to support their neighbours and help rebuild our city in any way they can. Four Avenues Property Group was our particular way of expressing that need within ourselves. At the time, a robust Central City Plan had been created by the Christchurch City Council (CCC) and New Zealand Government agencies - Christchurch Earthquake Recovery Authority (CERA) and Central City Development Unit (CCDU). This plan had resulted from months of public consultation and offered the people of Christchurch a vision of the future of their City. We felt that we must embrase and support this plan by aligning our own projects with the underlying intent, design philiosphy and key deliverables. A key ingredient of the Central City Plan was a vigrant and flourishing central city supported by a population of people living and working within the central city... within the Four Avenues of Christchurch (Moorhouse Avenue, Fitzgerald Avenue, Bealey Avenue and Hagley Avenue).
