Scam warning
Businesses Do Not put Invoice in the title bar when you email clients your invoices.
Apparently hackers look for this and send an email asking for an e transfer.
Today we contacted one of our clients because we were expecting a check from a project that was completed. Our client thought he had already paid us because we supposedly emailed him and asked him to e transfer the money. We had not recieved the money and we weren't the ones who emailed asking for the e transfer. Our client then spent time on the phone with his bank to find out where the money went and found it had been sent to 5 different foreign bank accounts. The bank told him they are opening an investigation and that the word invoice in the title bar is what made the hacker interested. So we changed passwords and will no longer be using that title. Nor will we ever accept e transfers. Please share so the public is aware that this could happen.

Ok update. Sorry it's been a while but here it is. Walls, sono tubes and elevator shaft coming along nicely. Soon backfill and then floors and framing will be next. Can't wait to see it all done.

Update. Footings are poured and ready for walls.

Update on the church addition. Footings are almost ready to be poured. Look at all that rebar. That baby isn't going anywhere.

Starting a new and interesting job. An addition at a church that includes an elevator. All the intricate elevations are worked out in the footings and underpinning. Walls will be simple after that. I will keep updating with pictures to show progress and reveal the final project. Stay tuned.

Restructuring an existing building foundation with underpinning. Preparing for a new foundation addition.
Like I said it's all about the foundation. Never cut corners especially in structure.
