📍 Fargo–Moorhead Full Time Seasonal
Want to build beautiful outdoor spaces and be part of a team that takes pride in craftsmanship? Signature Landscapes, a locally owned and trusted landscape company, is looking for motivated Landscape Laborers to join our 2026 season.
If you enjoy working outdoors, learning new skills, and being part of a crew that creates high-quality projects — this is the job for you.
What You’ll Do
• Assist with installing pavers, retaining walls, plantings, mulch, edging, and landscape features
• Load/unload materials and keep job sites clean and organized
• Operate hand tools and landscape equipment (training provided)
• Support crew leads and follow project plans
• Work outdoors in varying weather conditions
What We’re Looking For
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical labor
• Willingness to learn and take direction
• Reliable transportation and good attendance
• Experience in landscaping or construction is a plus, but not required — we will train the right people

We’re hiring CREW LEADS for the 2026 season!
Signature Landscapes is seeking motivated leaders to lead 3–5-person crews and help build the region’s best outdoor living spaces. If you take pride in your work, show up on time, lead by example, and want to grow with a company that values professionalism and craftsmanship — this is the place.
What You’ll Do
• Lead a 3–5 person crew
• Install pavers, retaining walls, plantings, lighting, water features, and more
• Keep job sites clean, safe, and professional
• Train and motivate crew members
• Communicate with clients and designers
• Operate trucks, trailers, skid steers, and landscape equipment
• Follow company safety rules and conduct standards
What We’re Looking for
• 2+ years landscape experience
• Leadership experience preferred
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors
• Professional appearance and conduct
• Reliable attendance — must follow company call-in procedures
