While the weather is still nice, we decided to jump outside and hammer out this storage shed. Everything went up very quickly and efficiently. The allows for great insulation while also allowing the structure to breathe. Now that the furring strips are up, the next step is to put on the siding. Stay tuned for more pictures of the installation process. 👍👍👍

to this classic living room/family room. We did the custom built ins, not only for storage but also to add character to an otherwise plain area. As for the fireplace, we painted it to add another element of artistic flair and match our overall design. Check out the great before and after pictures and stay tuned for more pictures.

Back to the workshop! Now that more of our pieces are finished and ready to assemble, it’s time to go. This is a coffee bar, you can see the beautiful walnut pieces turned out great! With all the pro tools it was a very quick assembly 👍

The PQC team has been at the shop busy spraying our ha d built, custom designed cabinets. We have a huge amount of spraying to do but we don’t get discouraged 😉We embrace it! Because we get to use one of our favourite tools the Graco 395 airless FinishPro! Paired with the g40 gun and WOW the results sleek for themselves. We are blown away with the new product we are spraying. Looks identical to lacquer but it isn’t. It’s 100 percent water based latex. Our Friend from has helped us and bailed us out a couple times! Lol As we learn, fail and succeed all at the same time! Thank you for the beast of a machine. We will demonstrate as our projects progress how we build things and why we do what we do. The PQC team knocked this one out of the park! Our clients wanted some storage solutions that were fictional yet added a wow factor to their living room. I think we achieved that. All the cabinets were custom made with 3/4 select grade Russian Veneer plywood. Are cabinet backings are 1/2 inch same material. We used to construct all our cabinetry and pin holes for shelves. Our doors are also custom made, Maple exterior and MDF Center panel. All our cabinetry was sprayed in our shop with our 395 airless pro BEAST! All our hardware for doors and drawers is from We use the natural wood shelves are 1 inch maple that we natural finished to match the existing wood floors. The clients wanted a bench so why not add fictional storage??? It all came together beautifully and looks amazing! If you didn’t know you would have thought it was already there. Hey!!! It’s our 200th post on Instagram! As we look back and where we are presently it’s amazing to see the growth. What we’ve learned and some of the mistakes we’ve made. It’s allowed us to be better professionals and more efficient in our tasks at hand. We take great pride in our work, quality and attention to detail. So with all that in mind I went to go visit our good friend Stéphane who is about to deliver to our job site beautiful select grade custom made poplar mouldings and solid maple doors for our project! We are excited and can’t wait for this epic install! The PQC team is getting fancy! Thanks to we got our TP-PLJ Puck Light Jig working overtime! This useful piece of equipment allows the puck lights in our custom cabinets to remain consistent and always in the right position. A seamless look using 3/4 stock. 💡💡💡
