Coming in with another near perfect score on our door blow test for energy efficiency. The inspector said, "Brilliant!"

A recent remodel on Lake Diane. Removed walls and added rooms in basement. Main floor was gutted and completely redone. New flooring, shiplap ceilings, enlarged master bath, new onyx showers in both bathrooms. New solid core doors, trim, paint throughout.

We also replaced all windows and sliding doors. Removed old exterior door and enlarged opening for new sliding door. And added a laundry room off the kitchen.
