Loft kitchenette is almost complete!

This countertop is a beautiful live edge wood piece.👌

The counter and sink were pulled forward to allow enough headspace due to the angled walls.

Cleanup is happening✨

There is plenty of natural light in this space with 2 large windows and 5 skylights🌞

We removed the old light fixtures and replaced them with pot lights to modernize the space.

Ready to move on to the next stages of this project.👀

The third floor loft was partially finished, with framing, electrical and insulation in place.

The plywood flooring was in bad shape and needed to be redone. With every step the boards would squeak and shift. Austin was surprised to see they were nailed to the floor joists instead of screwed 😬

A luxury vinyl plank was installed as the flooring choice for this space.

I'll post some before shots when the project is completed. But this was all plastic and insulation prior. 👀

Austin has used pine board and batten all over the walls to give this room a rustic feel. The same wood was used as jamb extension for the windows, trim and baseboard! 🙌🏼

A client was experiencing cold drafts from his basement being poorly insulated.

The client did not desire a fully finished look and wanted a cost effective solution.

We came up with a custom resolution to insulate this space and installed a door that the client had available.

Walls were framed in, insulation, spray foam, weather stripping and vapour barrier were installed for a long lasting and effective result.
