USS Wind and CSS Wind strive to always use the best technology for the benefit of our clients … We are excited to be the first to deploy the 360° Blade Access Platform technology called SQYFlex for category 5 Blade Repair (https://pptechniq.com/sqyflex) in North America. We believe that 360° platforms will step up wind blade repairers’ capabilities to wholly new levels:

• Zero assembly time or disassembly on site
• 360° blade access and tip-to-tower reach of 16.2 meters
• Maximum wind load of 14 m/s and payload of 550kg
• Protection work area from sun, wind and rain (+ temperature and humidity control)
• Provides control over ambient temperature and humidity
• Integrated LED work light system to allow work at night
• Can change shape for optimal working position
• Provides access from root to tip of the blade

CSS Wind is looking for a Wind Turbine Technician to join our growing teams in Canada and the USA.

CSS Wind began providing field services to wind generation owners and OEMs in 2011. CSS Wind has a track record of successful project ex*****on for many marquee global owners and operators of wind turbines. CSS Wind is a subsidiary of CSS Industrial Group of Companies, headquartered at the former NATO communications site in Carp, ON, Canada (www.cssindustrial.com). CSS Group owns several other providers of industrial and aerospace infrastructure field services, including Canadian Space Services and Midstream Infrastructure Protection Technologies. Canadian Space provides field services for antenna enclosures and geodesic/radar domes to the Canadian government agencies and corporations engaged in defence, air traffic control and weather radar services since the 1970s, and boasts a 98% rate of repeat business. CSS Industrial specializes in providing industrial infrastructure field services to refineries and fuel depots, power generation stations, and chemical plants in Canada and internationally.
