The OmtoPods Team produced a Preconcept design for a hospitality resort in Al Taif, Saudi Arabia. The landscape for these pods is magnificent, with a backdrop of mountains, beautiful nature and varied topography. The reflective aluminium panels reduce the pods physical impact on the landscape, allowing them to blend seamlessly into their context. The timber elements also complement the relationship of the built forms within their environment.

OmtoPods developed a Design typology for a prefabricated hotel unit by appointment of for their Marassi community in Egypt.
A Mykonos vibe was requested, so the team developed a design that suited this vision, including the corresponding interiors.
We believe that despite being a modular off-site design, it captures the authenticity of the concept into a rich and warm aesthetic.

This OmtoPods Compact Unit is fabricated in China and Shipped to any location in the Middle East.
It is a market entry product suitable for temporary, semi-permanent or mid-grade resorts.
The unit boasts airplane grade aluminium technology and integrated insulation which makes the product suitable for the harsh Middle East climate.

The OmtoPods Team developed floating Platform Pod Concept for Dubai Harbour. Each platform was designed to be transported to and float into a typical birth within the harbour, with the Pod placed on top via a lifting Crane at Jebel Ali Docks. The Design was generated to allow the pod to sit comfortably alongside other boats and blend into the Yacht aesthetic. The Pods would allow for a unique hospitality offering and allow guests to experience staying within the heart of the Marina.

The OmtoPods Team developed a typical glass box prefabricated building that can be used as an extension to existing restaurants to provide customers with a more panoramic external experience whilst providing adequate internal cooling. The unit can alternatively be used as a pop-up retail store, exhibition space, office, workout room or for a range of open space activities.
These units can be placed in any accessible destination and can be maneuvered comfortably to different locations seasonally or as required.

An exciting new design from OmtoPods! The team developed a sensitive and contextual architectural typology for a beach side resort near the town of Umluj, Saudi Arabia. The design resonates with the red sand dunes of the Arabian Peninsula and the curved details help soften its positioning within the landscape. The clean lines also provide a sense of uniqueness and modernity.

OmtoPods are proud to share one of our ongoing projects in Zanzibar for one of our clients based in the UAE.
The Project is a boutique hospitality resort consisting of 23 Independent Villas, Central Reception and Restaurant, plus Swimming Pool and Back of House facilities. The Project site is located on the North Eastern edge of the Island, close by to the beach. The Resort aims to cater for the booming tourist demand on the island.
The units will be manufactured in Saudi Arabia and shipped to site. The key benefits of having the products manufactured in the GCC is the unavailability of existing skilled construction labour and materials on the island. It also allows our UAE based client to keep a closer eye on construction progress and quality. Stay tuned for future updates!
