Not sure if this was a Kitchen instal or a big game of Tetris 🥵

Due to a rear extension being built at the same time, there wasnt much room to work, moving this kitchen from the rear of the bungalow to the front room, to create an open plan Kitchen Lounge Diner. After a lot of back and forth and shifting around with all the units, we finally got a lovely Kitchen installed, with flooring etc to be completed at a later date.

Double trouble 🤩

An upgrade was needed for this bathroom and cloakroom combo.

Including a full strip out of existing bathroomsuite, wall tiles in both rooms and a full plumbing reconfiguration.

With the installation of new wall tiles, floor tiles, bathroom furniture, illuminated mirrors and the all important Extractor Fan, the Transformation was complete.

A nice bright transformation for this tired bathroom.

A lack of ventilation was causing a lot of problems in this poor bathroom.
So after a full strip out, new shower tray, new shower wall panels all round from Ornamental Plastics Co. New Solid Vinyl Click Flooring, new W/C, Vanity basin and most importantly a new Extractor fan, this bathroom was brought back to life, shining like a new penny.

It was a pleasure to help out this lovely elderly couple who were struggling to cope with getting in and out of their bath, by installing an easy access, walk in shower with grab rails and slender fold down shower seat.

This was a partial upgrade, keeping the existing carcases, sanding & oiling the worktops, & adding new door and drawer frontals, decor end panels, cornice & pelmets, & new patterned aluminium backboards.

Here is another Bathroom upgrade we recently completed in East Cowes.

Including full strip out.
Insulating & moisture boarding stud walls.
Plastering walls & ceiling.
Removing floor boards & replacing rotten joists.
Repositioning surface mounted soil & water pipes out of sight under the floor.
Installing insulation board, underfloor heating matt & leveling compound.
Installing new wall & floor tiles.
And installing a new bathroom suite.

FYI... Grouting raised reeded style tyles IS HARD WORK 🥵😉
