QUESTION 1
À partir du 1er avril 2022, la Régie du bâtiment fait un changement dans les obligations des répondants en exécution des travaux soit pour entrepreneur général, plomberie, chauffage ou électricité. Qu'est-ce qui est vrai ?

a) Les répondants visés, avant et après le 1er avril 2022, devront suivre une formation en continue sur les méthodes de construction incluant un nombre défini d'heures sur des périodes de 2 ans

1- On pourrait choisir la licence d'entrepreneur spécialisé si le but est uniquement de faire des remplacements sans modifier la taille des portes et fenêtres

2- La licence d'entrepreneur spécialisé en portes et fenêtres permet de faire le remplacement des portes et fenêtres et également des modifications de taille

3- La licence d'entrepreneur général est celle que l'on peut détenir si on veut pouvoir remplacer les portes et fenêtres et modifier leur taille

4- La licence d'entrepreneur général est la seule licence permise pour offrir des services en portes et fenêtres
