𝗖𝗛𝗜𝗖𝗞𝗜𝗧𝗔 𝗗𝟳

From concept zoning to spatial flow and final atmosphere, every layer of the design was carefully developed to shape the dining experience at Chickita Restaurant. Located within a commercial mall environment, the project balances visibility, circulation, and intimacy through a sequence of spatial transitions. For Gema, it is always rewarding to see how an initial spatial strategy evolves into a vibrant and immersive dining environment.

Từ phân khu chức năng, tổ chức luồng di chuyển đến không gian hoàn thiện, mỗi lớp thiết kế tại nhà hàng Chickita đều được phát triển nhằm tạo nên trải nghiệm dùng bữa trọn vẹn. Tọa lạc trong trung tâm thương mại, dự án cân bằng giữa tính nhận diện, dòng lưu thông và cảm giác riêng tư thông qua các chuyển tiếp không gian liên tục. Với Gema, điều ý nghĩa nhất là được nhìn thấy những ý tưởng không gian ban đầu dần trở thành một trải nghiệm thực tế sống động và giàu cảm xúc cho khách hàng.

𝗖𝗛𝗜𝗖𝗞𝗜𝗧𝗔 𝗗𝟳

The “feather wall” has become a signature design element created by Gema for Chickita. This feature can be found across different restaurant locations, acting as a consistent visual thread throughout the brand. While sharing the same design language, each feather wall tells a unique visual story, carefully adapted to the character and atmosphere of each space.

Mảng tường “lông vũ” đã dần trở thành một dấu ấn đặc trưng mà Gema tạo nên cho Chickita. Bạn có thể dễ dàng bắt gặp chi tiết này tại nhiều không gian khác nhau trong hệ thống nhà hàng, như một sợi dây kết nối xuyên suốt giữa các địa điểm. Dù cùng một ngôn ngữ thiết kế, mỗi mảng tường lại được biến tấu với câu chuyện hình ảnh riêng, phù hợp với từng không gian và trải nghiệm mà thực khách khám phá.

Gema enjoys design briefs that focus on building brand identity through spatial design. Inspired by Chickita’s bold, playful, and colorful spirit, Gema translates this energy into the restaurant façade, creating an immediate visual impact. A vibrant color gradient gently guides customers from the exterior into the interior, while the balance of solid and perforated materials allows the transition to feel smooth, light, and inviting.

Gema luôn hứng thú với những đề bài khai thác nhận diện thương hiệu thông qua thiết kế. Với tinh thần trẻ trung, rực rỡ và vui nhộn của Chickita, Gema đã đưa nguồn năng lượng này vào mặt tiền nhà hàng nhằm tạo ấn tượng mạnh mẽ ngay từ ánh nhìn đầu tiên. Dải màu chuyển sắc bắt mắt dẫn dắt khách hàng từ bên ngoài vào bên trong, kết hợp cùng sự đặc – rỗng của vật liệu để tạo nên một sự chuyển tiếp nhẹ nhàng, tự nhiên và đầy cuốn hút.

Located in the Sofitel Legend Metropole Hanoi Hotel, Vietnam, Le Club Bar is one of the dependencies that belongs to this iconic five star Hotel. Overlooking beautiful hotel garden courtyard, this airy venue offers Hanoi’s legendary cocktail lounge experience. Redesigned by Gema Architecture and Interior Design in 2016 the seating capacity was increased to 120 and a new live-cooking station created as well. With a design that evokes aristocratic smoking rooms from an old era of classic bars, history pulses in every corner.

Tọa lạc bên trong Sofitel Legend Metropole Hanoi, Le Club Bar là một trong những không gian đặc trưng thuộc khách sạn biểu tượng 5 sao này. Hướng nhìn ra khu vườn sân trong xanh mát, nơi đây mang đến trải nghiệm cocktail lounge đậm chất Hà Nội – sang trọng, thư thái và đầy dấu ấn lịch sử.
Được Gema Architecture and Interior Design cải tạo vào năm 2016, không gian được mở rộng sức chứa lên đến 120 khách, đồng thời bổ sung khu live-cooking station hiện đại. Thiết kế gợi nhớ những smoking room quý tộc của các quán bar cổ điển, nơi từng góc nhỏ đều lưu giữ nhịp thở của thời gian và vẻ đẹp vượt thời đại.
