Every Thursday after work, we take a little time to step away from our desks and stretch together - led by our manager and yoga instructor, Dat.⁠
⁠
After a day of sitting, drawing, designing, and focusing, these simple movements help release physical tension, improve mobility, and give our bodies a much-needed reset. But it’s not only about the body - slowing down, breathing, and moving together also gives our minds a chance to switch off, clear the head, and leave the working day behind.⁠

Because when the body feels better, the mind often follows.

A little ink. A lot of inspiration.⁠

Last month, our team joined a screen-printing workshop at Very Ngon Homewares, organised by our co-founder, Kate. Guided by anh Hiền, we learned the craft behind traditional screen printing and had the pleasure of hearing the inspiring story of founders Hiếu and Lise, whose journey began with a single hand-printed kitchen towel in their small Saigon home back in 2009.⁠

Each of us left with a hand-printed tote bag and polo shirt, and more importantly, a reminder that every great idea starts with passion, patience, and the courage to begin.⁠
⁠
A big thank you to the Very Ngon Homewares team for a memorable afternoon filled with creativity, laughter, and inspiration.⁠

Congratulations to all of the winners and finalists recognised at the Top 10 Awards event this weekend at the Hanoi Museum.

We were proud to see our co-founder, Andrew Currie, once again invited to serve as a jury member for the Green category, contributing alongside respected industry peers to celebrate outstanding achievements in architecture and design.

This year, it was particularly encouraging to see sustainability increasingly integrated into the overall design process, with many of the strongest projects demonstrating that environmental responsibility, user experience, and design quality can work together to create meaningful outcomes.

We would like to thank the organisers for another successful event and extend our congratulations to everyone who participated. It is always inspiring to see the creativity, talent, and commitment that continue to shape the future of Vietnam's design industry.

A special thank you also to our Senior Design Manager, Pham Thi Nhu Hanh, for representing OUT-2 Design Group and supporting the event.
