🔥 ATAD PICKLEBALL OPEN CUP 2026 - A HIGH-ENERGY SPORTS DAY CELEBRATING 22 YEARS OF ATAD

As part of ATAD Sports Day 2026, the ATAD Pickleball Open Cup 2026 brought together employees from across different departments for an exciting day of competition, connection and sporting spirit.

The tournament was filled with intense rallies, closely contested points and exciting on-court action, while enthusiastic cheers from the sidelines kept the energy going throughout the day. With “Passion, Fair Play and Connection” at its heart, the tournament was more than a sporting competition. It provided an opportunity for employees to stay active, challenge themselves, connect across departments and share their passion for Pickleball.

ATAD STRENGTHENS TRAINING AND MANAGEMENT CAPABILITY DEVELOPMENT

People development is one of the key foundations for ATAD to strengthen organizational capabilities and sustain long-term operational effectiveness. With this focus, the Company continues to develop its management teams across different levels through training programs closely connected to practical work.

Recently, ATAD organized a training program for its middle management team, bringing together members of the Leadership Team and managers from office departments, ATAD D**g Nai Factory, and ATAD Long An Factory. Notably, Chairman of ATAD Steel Structure Corporation, directly joined the program to share insights and provide training on the roles, responsibilities, and capabilities expected of a Manager at ATAD.

The program focused on essential management capabilities, including leadership mindset, problem identification and resolution, decision-making, cross-functional collaboration, and risk management. These areas are intended to strengthen managers’ ability to take initiative and enhance effectiveness in their work. The program also provided an open environment for participants to exchange experiences, discuss practical situations, and approach their work from different perspectives.

Through training and the sharing of practical knowledge, ATAD continues to foster a culture of continuous learning, where employees are equipped with relevant knowledge while having opportunities to exchange, learn from one another, and develop their capabilities together.

As part of ATAD’s internal sports activities celebrating the Company’s 22nd anniversary, the football tournaments at ATAD D**g Nai Factory and ATAD Long An Factory brought an energetic atmosphere to the field, with strong participation and support from employees across the organization.

From the board of management and office teams to our production workforce, ATAD-ers came together on and off the pitch to compete, cheer, and share every moment of the game. Intense challenges, well-coordinated passes, loud cheers, and celebrations after every goal created an exciting and spirited matchday atmosphere.

The participation of colleagues from Bangladesh also added a multicultural dimension to the tournament, creating opportunities for employees to connect, engage, and strengthen the One Team spirit across ATAD.
