Role Description:
As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Ensure the proper Implementation of the Project Quality Plan through the company’s professional software system.
- Lead and motivate project team members to ensure high performance, successful project delivery and stakeholder satisfaction from the initial stage to construction, testing, and commissioning.
- Communicate project progress, status, and issues to clients and project stakeholders.
- Manage all tendering processes, contract awards, and cost control, ensuring that on-site work complies with the latest approved drawings and specifications.
- Manage contractors’ work progress on-site and monitor resource adequacy to ensure strict adherence to safety and quality standards throughout the project ex*****on.
Education requirement:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil engineering or related discipline.
Relevant Certificates:
- Valid Construction Supervision/Project Management License – Class I.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in the construction industry and handled projects independently for at least 4 years in Planning, Contract, Cost and Construction Management with projects such as Highrise buildings, Offices, Hotels.
- Proven track record as a Project Manager in fast-paced and dynamic environments.
- Excellent leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management software.
- Good communication and report-writing skills in English.
- Skilled in decision-making, planning, reporting, problem-solving, risk and conflict management, budgeting, and interacting effectively with high-level stakeholders.
- Ready to work away from home and work overtime as needed.
