🌿AXANH LEADERSHIP 2026 | DEEP ROOTS, NEW SEEDS, NEW HORIZONS🌿

Every journey of growth requires steps forward. Yet sometimes, to go further, we also need a moment of stillness to reflect on the values that have shaped us since the very beginning.

On July 31 and August 1, 2026, the AXANH leadership team travelled together to Nam Cat Tien as part of the AXANH Leadership 2026 journey.

Surrounded by the tranquillity of nature, the journey offered those who accompany and lead AXANH an opportunity to step away from the rhythm of daily work, spend time connecting and listening, and reflect on the path they had built together.

After 10 years of formation and growth, AXANH has passed many milestones through the dedication, trust, and spirit of togetherness shared by people united by the same aspiration. This year’s journey was therefore not merely a stop along the way, but also a time for the leadership team to look more deeply at the foundations that need to be preserved and the new seeds that need to be nurtured for the future.

With the theme “Deep Roots, New Seeds, New Horizons” this year’s journey carried forward the spirit of inheriting the foundations cultivated over the past 10 years, while opening up new perspectives and commitments for the next chapter.

Because a strong organization is built not only on ambitious goals, but also on unity, trust, and the way people support one another as they grow.

The AXANH leadership team had a journey filled with meaningful connections and inspiration, opening new horizons together. 💙

NOT JUST A SIGNING CEREMONY, BUT THE OPENING OF NEW OPPORTUNITIES 💙

The partnership between AXANH and Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology (HCMUT), VNU-HCM, aims to bring students closer to the realities of the profession, allowing knowledge gained in the classroom to be applied, experienced and gradually developed into capabilities for the future.

Through this collaboration, a range of practical activities will be introduced step by step, helping students gain greater access to professional knowledge, real working environments and clearer career directions.

1. Scholarships and academic support
AXANH aims to accompany students through scholarships, learning materials and essential study tools. Beyond supporting their learning journey, these initiatives also recognize students’ efforts, progress and determination to grow.

2. A clearer understanding of future careers
Through career orientation activities, seminars, workshops, office visits and conversations with AXANH engineers, students will gain more practical perspectives on the working environment and the expectations of the profession.
Early exposure to the realities of the workplace can also help students better understand the capabilities they need to develop before graduation.

AXANH × HCMUT | A NEW MILESTONE IN CONNECTING EDUCATION WITH INDUSTRY PRACTICE 💙

On July 23, 2026, Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology (HCMUT), Vietnam National University Ho Chi Minh City (VNU-HCM), and AXANH Company Limited officially signed a Memorandum of Understanding, marking a new step forward in the partnership between the university and the company.

The ceremony took place in a formal setting, with the presence of university leadership, lecturers, representatives from both organizations, and invited guests.
The signing reflected a shared commitment to strengthening the connection between academic knowledge and the practical requirements of the workplace.

Under the agreement, both parties will gradually collaborate in areas including academic support, career orientation, professional knowledge sharing, internships, graduation projects, and technical workforce development. Through these activities, students will have more opportunities to broaden their perspectives, gain practical experience, and prepare more confidently for their future careers.

FROM A LEARNING JOURNEY TO THE FINAL PRESENTATION 💙

After one month of working alongside AXANH, the international interns concluded the programme with a final presentation, sharing the topics they had explored and researched throughout their internship.

During the presentation, the interns introduced the perspectives, ideas and proposals they had developed while working on their assigned topics. Each presentation reflected careful preparation, a proactive mindset and an effort to connect academic knowledge with real-world challenges.

In addition to presenting their work, the interns also responded to questions, received feedback and discussed the ideas they had shared. These exchanges helped clarify their proposals and offered further practical perspectives through open discussion.

AXANH sincerely appreciates the focus, eagerness to learn and effort the interns dedicated to their final presentation. We hope the knowledge and insights gained from the programme will become a valuable part of their continued learning and development. ✨

WRAPPING UP A WEEK, OPENING UP HEALTHIER HABITS 💙

Healthy Spine Week at AXANH wrapped up with many meaningful activities, from the sharing session with experts to hands-on practice right at the office.

Throughout the program, team members had the opportunity to look back at the way they work each day: from sitting posture, workstation setup, and screen position to short breaks after long hours of focus in front of the computer. 💻

Beyond the sharing session with the doctor and physical therapy technician, the program was also a chance for everyone to practice from the most familiar things: adjusting their workstation, relaxing their shoulders, standing up for light movement, and listening to their bodies more in the daily work rhythm. 🙆

It may be just a small change at the desk, a few minutes of active break during the day, or a new habit started after the program. But when maintained consistently, these small things can help create workdays that feel more comfortable, healthier, and more sustainable.

Thank you to all AXANH members for joining, practicing, and spreading the spirit of caring for health from the familiar things we do every day. ✨

FROM SMALL ADJUSTMENTS AT THE WORKSTATION 💙

Some changes do not need to be big to make a workday feel more comfortable.

After the workshop sharing session during Healthy Spine Week at AXANH, team members had the chance to look back at their familiar workstations: Is the screen at eye level? Are the shoulders getting tense while working? Is the back better supported? Has the body had short breaks after long hours of focus? ✨

From adjusting the screen position and keeping the desk a little tidier, to relaxing the shoulders while sitting and standing up during short breaks, each small change is a simple way for us to take better care of our bodies in the daily work rhythm. 🫶

It is not about creating a perfect workstation right away, but about helping each person pay a little more attention to the familiar details that stay with us every day.

RECAP WORKSHOP HEALTHY SPINE: SMALL ADJUSTMENTS FOR A HEALTHIER WORKDAY 💙

How can we sit more comfortably? When should we stand up and move? And how can short breaks become truly beneficial?

As part of AXANH Healthy Spine Week, doctors and physical therapists shared practical, easy-to-apply guidance on working posture, workstation setup, and daily habits that can help the body feel more comfortable during long hours in front of a computer.

During the workshop, AXANH members learned about:

🔹 Common causes of discomfort in the neck, shoulders, back, and wrists.
🔹 How to adjust chairs, monitors, keyboards, and mice more effectively.
🔹 Signs that indicate the body needs rest and movement.
🔹 Gentle stretching exercises that can be practiced during 5-minute breaks.

Beyond listening, AXANH members also practiced each movement and made adjustments under the guidance of the specialists. From relaxing the shoulders and repositioning the monitor to standing up and moving more regularly, every small change can contribute to a more comfortable workday.

The knowledge gained from the workshop will continue to be applied throughout AXANH Healthy Spine Week through activities such as Healthy Desk Day, Healthy Spine Reset, and active breaks during the day.
