Project Overview
H’A MINI HOME is a mini serviced apartment project in Hanoi, developed to meet the growing demand for high-quality urban living in a high-density city environment.
Going beyond the conventional mini-apartment model, the project is envisioned as a visually iconic architectural statement—where architecture not only solves functional living requirements but also creates a modern, flexible, and emotionally engaging living experience.
Amid an urban landscape increasingly dominated by repetitive box-like buildings, H’A MINI HOME emerges as a new design statement:
Softer — Greener — More Distinctive.

Architectural Language
Contemporary Modern × Futuristic Organic Architecture
H’A MINI HOME is designed in a Contemporary Modern architectural style, combined with the principles of Futuristic / Organic Architecture.
Its design language is expressed through fluid spatial compositions that challenge the rigid geometric forms commonly found in urban townhouse developments.
01. Fluid & Organic Lines
The most distinctive feature of the building lies in its façade balconies, defined by continuous flowing curves, dynamic expansions, and staggered organic transitions along the vertical axis.
These soft white curves create a seamless spatial flow from floor to floor, reducing the visual heaviness typically associated with mid-rise buildings.
Here, architecture is perceived as a living entity—constantly moving, evolving, and connecting.
---
02. Rhythmic Facade Pattern
The terracotta façade is organized using a controlled repetitive modular system, featuring vertically aligned rounded openings that establish a strong visual rhythm across the building elevation.
This repetition creates a unique architectural rhythm characterized by:
Order
Tempo
Depth through light and shadow
As a result, the façade maintains the logic of modern architecture while avoiding the monotony often seen in rental developments.
This becomes the project’s signature architectural identity.
---
03. Eco-Modern Urban Living
One of the core design philosophies of the project is bringing nature back into urban living.
Balconies, voids, and rooftop spaces are strategically integrated with greenery, forming a continuous vertical landscape system throughout the building.
The green layers provide more than aesthetic value—they also help:
Reduce solar heat gain
Improve natural ventilation
Enhance microclimate performance
Elevate residents’ living quality
The building therefore operates as a vertical urban garden in the heart of the city.

Project Value
H’A MINI HOME is more than just a serviced apartment building.
It represents VOA Architecture’s answer to a critical urban question:
Can high-density housing be commercially efficient while remaining beautiful, green, and emotionally inspiring?
For us, great architecture is not only about maximizing usable area—it must also create lasting value for:
Investors
Operators
End Users
And the future urban landscape
