El estudio RL+N ARQUITECTURA es una empresa que nace en la ciudad de Lechería, Edo. Anzoátegui en el año 2011 como iniciativa del arquitecto Ricardo Lyon y su padre el ingeniero Cruz Lyon. Es un estudio multidisciplinario que cuenta con un grupo de profesionales experimentados y especializados en el área de proyectos de Arquitectura, Arquitectura Interior, Paisajismo, Construcción y Supervisión d

e Obras, lo cual permite ofrecer servicios y resultados de alto estándar en los diversos proyectos. La arquitectura y el diseño urbano que se practica en RL+N ARQUITECTURA es el resultado de la idea y el esfuerzo por creer que se pueden brindar soluciones sensibles, profesionales y comprensibles, además de alcanzar obras de alta calidad para la ciudad, sin la necesidad de renunciar al atrevimiento de proponer nuevas ideas. Aunque en algunos casos nuestros proyectos partan de un concepto abstracto, la experiencia nos lleva a pensar que “LO NUEVO” nace de la unión de todos los factores que rigen la concepción y el desarrollo de las obras sin importar su escala, es por ello que nuestro estudio está en la capacidad de enfrentar cambios y responder a los nuevos requerimientos y expectativas de nuestros tiempos.

Designed Around the View 🌴

One of the most interesting projects we developed several years ago in Lechería, Venezuela.

Two interlocking volumes create a strong geometric composition while opening up a generous social space beneath them, connecting the terrace, pool, landscape, and living areas.

But the real protagonist is the setting: a large canal directly in front of the house, with expansive water views and a golf course beyond. Every space was carefully oriented to embrace the landscape and bring it into the architecture.

Sometimes the best architecture is simply knowing what not to block. 🌊

Agave House 🇲🇽

A reflection on architecture shaped by the landscape of Mexico.

Designed for the premiofelixcandela competition in early 2020, the project is set within Barranca de Achío, a remarkable natural landscape along the Tequila Route—a cultural corridor connecting eight Pueblos Mágicos at the foothills of the Tequila Volcano.

Rather than imposing itself on the site, the proposal seeks to emerge from it, drawing inspiration from the agave fields, the topography, and the strong identity of the region.
