‪FURNACE NOT WORKING??:
Remember: the smallest puff of snow, ice, or frost on the outside flue can make your furnace think it’s blocked, and not allow it to kick on. A few taps can do the job, turn off switch on side of furnace and back on to cycle it through reset/retry’s !‬
Sometimes just switching the unit off and back on can fix a problem as well. Just like restarting your computer.

Huge ruling to keep down the cost of housing. Many town governments have been jumping on the “impact fee bandwagon” just as zionsville did first chance it got. We got Zionsville’s original arbitrary park impact fee thrown out, and now we have this Supreme Court ruling to make it easier to fight these “just because we can” fees in the future!

Following a unanimous decision handed down by the U.S. Supreme Court today, California home owners, builders and developers may now challenge improper local impact fees for housing development even if the fees are authorized by legislation.

Our thoughts go out to the entire Bixler family during this tragic time. When we worked with them on their home, there was nothing but a loving friendly atmosphere, and Kristin's love for her family and children was overwhelmingly obvious.
