Zionsville-based Intelligent Living Solutions, which currently operates from two different local sites, plans to bring everything under one roof in a new 20,000-square-foot location on 106th Street in Creekside Corporate Park.

We’ve made significant progress on our new project, BUILT, located at 86th and Zionsville RD. The first two building are up with the third set to go vertical this week. We are on track to complete this project summer of 2025!!

Our team recently had the incredible opportunity to pour the concrete slab for a new creative arts building at Fort Wilderness, a Christian camp. They spent the week working together in the beautiful landscapes of Northern Wisconsin, and as an added bonus, they witnessed the Northern Lights for the first time!
