This little cutie Rebecca Lynn from Wren’s Stems | SE Michigan Flower Farm & Floral Design has come to play. She’s the sweetest little dahlia! Blooms are so dainty, ~ 3” and a bit of a smaller plant (3 feet) but so pretty! 🩷🌸🎀

Larks Ebbe has entered the chat 🤩 well, technically last week was our first bloom but the grasshoppers had a lil snack 🫠🙃 SO it’s our first usable bloom out the door 💛✨🌼

Also our Lisis are coming in; I’ll be honest I’m not totally sold on them - they’re beautiful but didn’t grow super well for me. We’ll get them a bit more time before making a decision for 2027 - so for those of you who get them in bouquets - ENJOY! ✨🌼

Just a reminder that there will be NO Farmstand next week & we will have a modified schedule for the remainder of August. Though I do have a few fun things up my sleeve 😉 Bread will be a bit limited for a few weeks!

Be sure to reserve your goodies by tomorrow (Thursday) at 8pm for Sunday pickup. Our breads and cookies freeze beautifully if you’re planning to stock up while we take a small step back for a little while!

The first half of this year was filled with God telling me, “No”, Not yet”, & “Trust Me”.
There were a lot of really hard + raw conversations behind the scenes as we tried to figure everything out & make sense of a lot of different things.

I was frustrated. It felt like dreams & goals I had been holding onto were being stripped away, hopes I had carried for so long were forced to be laid down before I was ready to.

✨But God ✨

Over the last month or so, every bit of God’s goodness & faithfulness has been so clearly woven into every moment. Seasons that once left me confused suddenly made sense. There have been so many prayers recently that sounded like “Okay God, I see it now” I’ve been blessed in ways I never could have anticipated because God was making a way the entire time. Meanwhile, I was over here thinking I was missing out… turns out, He was simply making room for something so much better. Silly me🤦🏼‍♀️

Don’t get me wrong, there are still dreams sitting on the back burner as bigger things need to take priority right now. But I’m continually reminded that God always makes good on His promises. He’s never failed me & He wont start now.

So as of now, every dream is being held with open hands & an open heart - trusting that if it’s meant to be, God will align it & if He doesn’t, I’ll trust that it simply means He has something even better waiting on the horizon💛

If you’re walking through a season that feels heavy, confusing, or full of full of “no” “not yet” or “trust Me,” take heart. Even when you can’t see what He’s doing, He’s still working. I’m continually reminded that sometimes His greatest blessings are being prepared in the very seasons that feel the hardest to understand💛✨
