Meet the Team: Lady Bug 🐾

Every crew has someone who's been there since the beginning. Ours has four legs.

Lady Bug has been part of Endless Poxybilities since day one — behind the scenes at first, but come March 2025 she decided it was time to start officially repping the brand. These days you'll find her running the office, where her main job is keeping the team's energy up. She's very good at it.

Her favorite part of the work? Meeting new people. Everyone gets a thorough sniff test on arrival, and so far nobody's failed.

Her favorite memory here is any company party where somebody shared their food with her — which, let's be honest, is every company party.

Sarah's concrete was pitted and worn from years of salt and freeze-thaw. You can't just coat over that.

So we ground it flat, ran the mender process to fill the pits, then laid the polyurea basecoat and broadcast Coyote flake to rejection and sealed it all up with our polyaspartic top coat all in one day.

💎Choosing the right Diamonds💎

We don't mean the ones you pick up at the jewelry store either...

Every slab is different. A garage poured in 2004 doesn't behave like one poured last fall. So before the grinder comes out, we test the surface — a quick scratch test tells us whether we're dealing with a hard, dense slab or a soft, abrasive one. Then we match the diamond tooling.

Hard concrete gets a soft bond. A dense slab won't wear the metal segment down, so the diamonds glaze over and stop cutting. A softer bond releases worn diamonds and exposes fresh ones, keeping the tooling sharp.

Soft concrete gets a hard bond. An abrasive slab chews through soft segments fast. A harder bond holds the diamonds in place long enough to actually do the work.

Get it wrong and you either burn through a set of tooling on one garage, or you spend all day pushing a grinder that's polishing instead of cutting — and a polished slab won't hold a coating.

Get it right and you open the concrete up and leave behind a profile the polyurea can mechanically bond into. That bond is the whole reason these floors don't peel.

Bruce's patio and walkway transformation is INSANE! He went with our Resist system in Silver Fox.

Resist is built specifically for exterior concrete, and the Midwest is exactly the test it's made for. The broadcast texture gives it real grip underfoot — barefoot in July, boots in November, and every rainstorm in between. The UV-stable topcoat means it holds its color through full sun instead of yellowing out over a couple of seasons. And because it bonds into the slab rather than sitting on top of it, freeze-thaw cycles and winter deicers don't get a foothold.

Austin's basement is in the process of being finished and he went with our polyurea flake system in the color Twilight after getting it all sheetrocked!

Down here, the flooring has to handle more than looks. Polyurea bonds mechanically into the concrete itself, so it won't peel, bubble, or delaminate the way epoxy can when moisture pushes up through a slab. It's fully seamless — no grout lines, no seams, nothing for water or dirt to hide in.
