A little Friday find from the camera roll! 📸

This was part of a large whole-home renovation, and apparently the project moved faster than our camera did— we never shared many of the finished spaces!

These bathrooms were completed in the same home, each with its own distinct look. We may not have captured every detail of this renovation, but these spaces were too good to leave buried in the camera roll.

Thinking about transforming one room or your entire home? Let’s talk about what 2bn contracting can create for you!

This project is really starting to take shape! 🏡

This large-scale addition will give the homeowners a new two-car garage, a first-floor primary bedroom and bathroom, and a beautifully renovated kitchen. The entire home is also receiving new windows and siding for a complete exterior transformation.

Instead of leaving the home they love, these homeowners are thoughtfully adapting it to meet their future needs. Their new first-floor suite will allow them to age comfortably in place while enjoying a home designed for the way they want to live—both now and for years to come.

We can’t wait to continue watching this transformation unfold!

The original wood porch posts on this beautiful historic home had begun to rot, but replacing them didn’t mean sacrificing the details that give the home its character. Our woodshop carefully fabricated custom PVC replacements to recreate the original look while providing a durable, weather-resistant solution that won’t rot like traditional wood.

The result is a refreshed front porch that stays true to the home’s architecture and is built to stand the test of time.

Have an older home in need of thoughtful repairs or restoration? Our team combines custom craftsmanship with modern materials to preserve what makes your home special—while helping it last for generations to come. Contact 2bn contracting to start planning your project!

It’s our busy season, which means social media has taken a bit of a back seat while we keep projects moving—but this beautiful kitchen was too good not to share!

When the clients’ dream kitchen came in a little over their original budget, we worked closely with them to prioritize meaningful upgrades where they would have the greatest impact. The result is a space that feels elevated, personal, and thoughtfully designed without compromising on what mattered most to them.

Every detail came together beautifully, but the faceted tile backsplash may be our favorite. Its texture and dimension add the perfect finishing touch! ✨

Planning a kitchen renovation of your own? Our design-build team can help you determine where to invest, where to save, and how to create a space that works beautifully for your home and your budget. Contact 2bn contracting to start planning your dream kitchen!

Ever wonder what happens when an old skylight starts leaking?

On one of our current kitchen renovations, we decided to replace an aging skylight with a Solatube—and it's a change we're excited about.

Why a Solatube?

☀️ Brighter, more consistent natural light – Solatubes capture sunlight from the roof and reflect it down into your home, often delivering surprisingly bright daylight even on cloudy days.

💧 Fewer leak concerns – Traditional skylights have larger openings and can become vulnerable to leaks over time as seals and flashing age. A Solatube has a much smaller roof pe*******on and is designed with weather-tight flashing, helping reduce the risk of future water intrusion.

🌡️ Better energy efficiency – Because there's no large pane of glass in the ceiling, Solatubes transfer less heat in the summer and less cold in the winter, helping maintain a more comfortable home.

✨ Natural light without sacrificing privacy – They're perfect for kitchens, hallways, bathrooms, closets, laundry rooms, and other spaces where you want daylight without adding another window.

Every home is different, and sometimes replacing a skylight with another skylight is the right choice. In this kitchen, though, a Solatube gave our homeowners the beautiful natural light they wanted while eliminating the issues caused by the old leaking skylight.

The best renovations aren't just about making a home look beautiful—they're about choosing solutions that perform better for years to come.

✨ We're in our drywall era. ✨

Several of our projects are hitting one of the most exciting milestones in the construction process—drywall.

It's the moment when framing starts looking like actual rooms, spaces begin to take shape, and clients can finally start envisioning life in their new addition or renovation.

The finishes may still be ahead of us, but this is where the transformation really starts to feel real.
