Another one completed. 🔨💪🏽

This deck definitely gave us a challenge. We were able to salvage and reuse what was still solid, remove the damaged material, make the necessary repairs, and finish it out with new pressure-treated decking.

Are we carpenters? Nope. 😂
But when there’s a job to get done, BDJ figures it out and gets it DONE.

Not every project has to start from scratch
sometimes it’s about knowing what can stay, what needs to go, and making the finished product safe, functional, and presentable again.

Pretty proud of how this one came together. 🙌🏽

Protect • Maintain • Preserve

** For the perfectionists: we’re property preservation, not custom deck builders!!! the goal was safe, solid, and functional, and that’s exactly what we delivered.

BDJ Property Preservation Services has been staying busy getting lawns cut, cleaned up, and back under control one property at a time.

Fresh cuts. Cleaner curb appeal. Work speaks for itself.

Check out THIS transformation.

This property had a large fallen tree, heavy brush, limbs, and overgrowth taking over the yard. BDJ Property Preservation Services came in and cleared the fallen tree and debris, cut back the overgrowth, and opened the property back up.

The difference speaks for itself.

🌳 Fallen tree cleanup
🪵 Limb & brush removal
🌿 Overgrowth clearing
🏡 Property cleanup & maintenance

We don’t just make it look better - we make the property manageable again.
