What you’ll do:

What is required:
• Valid driver’s license and the ability to operate construction equipment
• Experience in general construction… framing, flooring, trim, cabinet install, doors, windows, siding, bathrooms, kitchens, etc.
• Strong leadership skills, capable of guiding and motivating a team
• Physical ability to work in all seasons
• A commitment to safety, quality, and professionalism
• Bilingual candidates are a plus
