This customer was having issues with intermittent power and flickering lights. Our team met with APS, and we identified a failing bus bar from the meter to the main breaker. After successfully replacing the 200-amp service and adding a surge protector to the panel, the customer will have more reliable and safe power to their home going forward. ⚡
