Once we break ground our typical build time is around 6-8 months 🕤 (Mother Nature / size dependent)

Pre-Construction can take 1-3 months depending on financing, permitting, selections etc 🤝

So if we started from scratch this week, best case for you is April 2027 😏 (which is typically a good time to list your home??)
