A painting quote with one line on it is not a quote. It is a number.
Paint interior of home, $3,200. That is it. No surfaces listed, no square footage, no coat count, no paint product, nothing about prep. There is no way to tell what you are buying, and no way to argue when the scope shifts on day two.
The other thing that one-liner does is make comparison impossible. You cannot line it up against two other bids because you do not know what any of them actually cover.
Ask all three for the same list. Surfaces, square footage, number of coats, brand and product line, prep work, warranty. Nine times out of ten the price gap explains itself the second everything is on paper.
