A new light can change the whole feel of an entryway.

This front porch already had great character with the wood, stone, and double doors. Swapping out the old chandelier for a cleaner updated fixture helped brighten the space and made the whole entrance feel more finished.

Hidden plumbing leaks behind a wall often go unnoticed until moisture starts showing through the drywall. By the time it’s visible on the outside, microbial growth has usually already started developing on the studs and framing inside the wall cavity, exactly like what we found here.
