Now it's time to hold true to your word and empower these people to straighten this out and form a real bridge between all sides. Have great day America. Let's see if 3 Democrats and 3 Republicans finally working together to restore the common goal can set it straight.

160.5 inch Herringbone wall... milled from primered mdf base boards and affixed to exterior grade panels for easy installation. L bracket floating shelves made of architectural grade white oak in a plain sliced pattern for matched wood grains. MDF milled on site border trim panels for filling gaps and house the Alexa driven L.E.D. lights. One week to mill, one week to install and paint. Not bad for my time off from work.

How many times can you do it the wrong way...? Here the count was 7 times. I counted 4 floods and a fire. But in order to make right the wrongs, the clients over at PuroClean allowed us to tear out every layer of subfloor to get all deterioration and mold completely out of this person's house, restructured with new rim joists system and a couple of sister joists mended up to make a solid floor again. New 3/4in exterior grade OSB to kill the last of the bounce, and a new white shaker kitchen. Nice and ready for another 30 years if service.
