๐ต๏ธโโ๏ธ๐ง The Case of the Mystery Drip
This morning, a gentleman named Steve stopped by our office with a plumbing mystery.
For weeks, he and his wife have occasionally heard what sounds like water dripping somewhere in their attic. Naturally, Steve did what many homeowners would do: he grabbed a flashlight, crawled through the attic, and went hunting for the source.
The problem?
No puddles.
No wet spots.
No obvious leaks.
No clues.
Just the occasional sound of dripping water.
So Steve called in the professionals.
Tomorrow morning, one of our technicians will be putting on their detective hat and investigating the mystery before the attic reaches approximately 4 million degrees in the afternoon California sun. ๐ฅโ๏ธ
Sometimes plumbing problems aren't obvious. A small leak can hide behind insulation, condensation can mimic a leak, HVAC systems can create unexpected sounds, and water has a funny way of making noise far away from where the actual problem is located.
Finding the source often takes experience, patience, and a little detective work.
We'll see what clues we uncover. Do you want us to keep you posted?
