This past weekend we lost a person who was both a family member, and a recent addition to our team. We will be prioritizing family and friends this week, and taking a step back from business operations.

Man found dead on side of road, police suspect he’s a victim of a hit and run crash

A 38-year-old Van Buren Township man was found deceased on the side of the road off the I-94 Service Dr. near Haggerty Rd. early Sunday morning.

Investigators observed fresh accident debris near where the body was found. Van Buren Police are suspecting he was the victim of a hit and run. They’re currently following up leads.

The victim’s name is Michael James Przytula.

Police are asking for anyone who might have witnessed anything about the crash to come forward by calling them at (734) 699-8930.

The story of this Lincoln Park bathroom begins with a single, very special Motawi Tileworks tile, a gift from our client Linda's sister. With care and precision, our team built a Motawi walk-in shower revolving around that single tile, while telling a bigger story.

We spent yesterday afternoon in Lincoln Park filming a case study for a bathroom we recently completed. As you'll hear from our client, this particular bathroom transformation was 28 years in the making; they were waiting to find the right remodeling partner. We're grateful they chose us! This bathroom remodel was all about reimagining the space rather than simply updating finishes.

The original hall closet was transformed into a custom walk-in shower, allowing us to convert the former tub location into a dedicated clawfoot soaking tub area that completely changed the feel of the room.

Other highlights include:
• Custom wood vanity replacing the original pedestal sink
• Shower walls finished with beautiful Motawi Tileworks tile, made in Ann Arbor
• New fixtures, finishes, and layout designed to maximize both function and character

By reworking the floor plan, we were able to create a bathroom that feels larger, more luxurious, and far more practical for everyday use.

It was an absolute pleasure working with these clients on this project, and we are thrilled for how it all came together.

We recently turned this Ann Arbor basement into a theatre room. The entertainment space is equipped with surround sound and a 100" screen. The new cabinets pair beautifully with the Cararra Delphi countertop, and offer plenty of space for storage.
