Looking for someone dependable to help with HVAC installations, ductwork, and general job assistance around Youngsville, Lafayette, and surrounding areas. Work would be on an as-needed basis as jobs come up.

Looking for someone who:

✅ Is comfortable working in attics and the Louisiana heat
✅ Can follow directions and is willing to learn

This week was a little different at RedJay AC.

I brought my son along to work—not just to help out, but to show him what it really takes to make a living. In a world where so much happens behind a screen, I wanted him to see the value of hard work, responsibility, and taking pride in a job well done.

He got to see early mornings, hot Louisiana weather, problem-solving, customer service, and the effort that goes into keeping families comfortable. More importantly, he learned that success isn’t handed to you—it’s earned through dedication, consistency, and a willingness to do the work when no one is watching.

As a father, there’s no greater feeling than passing down those lessons firsthand. The tools, trucks, and HVAC systems are important, but the work ethic, integrity, and character behind them are what truly matter.
