🌟 Employee Spotlight | Jeremy Serrette – I&E Manager | Traco
This month, we're proud to recognize Jeremy Serrette, who is celebrating 20 years with Quality Companies! 👏
Jeremy's journey is a true example of dedication, hard work, and continuous growth. He began his career as a Gauger, advanced to Field Service Technician, then Field Service Manager, and today serves as I&E Manager for Traco.
In his role, Jeremy works closely with project teams by coordinating logistics, preparing quotes, supporting project management, and helping ensure every project is executed safely and successfully. What he enjoys most about Quality Companies is the strong relationships he's built over the years and working alongside an outstanding team to achieve shared goals.
One of Jeremy's greatest accomplishments has been growing through collaboration while continually expanding his knowledge of the oilfield and management. His commitment to learning and leading by example has made a lasting impact on our organization.
Outside of work, Jeremy enjoys hunting, fishing, coaching youth flag football, and spending quality time with his family.
