Harbor Bridge House is coming to life! 🏡✨

What started as a vision on paper is quickly becoming a reality at Heritage Harbor. We are excited to share a look at the construction progress on the Harbor Bridge House, CL Design-Build’s featured custom vacation home in the 2026 Cavalcade Tour of Homes.

Designed to take full advantage of its spectacular marina setting, this contemporary waterfront home is beginning to reveal the architectural details that make it truly one of a kind. Expansive walls of glass frame panoramic water views, while a dramatic glass bridge will connect the new residence to the original guest house featured in the 2020 Cavalcade Tour of Homes.

There is still plenty of work ahead, but watching the spaces, views, and details we envisioned take shape is one of our favorite parts of the design build process.

Take a look at how far we’ve come, and stay tuned as we continue bringing Harbor Bridge House to life.
