This pool patio had lost the battle to Mother Nature; but we were able to restore it back to near-new condition with a couple rounds of heavy pressure washing , some blow torching, re-leveling of sections, an improved drain channel , all new sand, and then two coats of seal. Ready for summer !!

Why pavers instead of concrete? This patio is over 10 years old, installed by another contractor. Major settlement happened, which would have DESTROYED concrete; but you can see that with an easy days work these pavers got-leveled , pressure washed, and will look good as new ! We will show the full makeover next week, which also includes a good seal coat

Last weeks project was to make some improvements to an existing pond.. we brought in two pallets of larger boulders to replace all the “busy” areas of smaller stone… and improved the patio by cantilevering it over the pond, tight fitting and cutting larger slates.. added a 4 piece color light system, added stacked stone wall around garden beds, and a large garden path walkway in the backyard
